131 South Dearborn is a 37-story office tower in Chicago’s central loop. It was designed by Ricardo Bofill and completed in 2003. Hines and Dearborn Capital Group acquired the property in 2016. Hines has served as property manager since 2009. The tenant lounge was recent completed, and I had the privilege of photographing the new space.
