Tier Reit was looking for renderings to showcase to their new spec suite designs. This project was part of an effort to attract new tenants to 222 South Riverside, Chicago, IL. Typically we would add entourage, plants, people and more to renderings, but our client asked that the renderings be simple and showcase only the design.
